The Samajwadi celebration says the BJP is merely inaugurating a undertaking they conceptualized. “They are inaugurating an expressway built by the SP government. They changed the name of the expressway from the Samajwadi Purvanchal expressway to just the ‘Purvanchal expressway’ and the quality standards of the expressway have been compromised,” Mr Yadav stated at a press convention immediately in Lucknow

Sources within the UP authorities rubbished the claims, saying the inspiration stone for the undertaking was laid in July 2018 by Prime Minister Modi in japanese UP’s Azamgarh and that development work has taken place throughout Yogi Adityanath’s tenure because the Chief Minister and in good time regardless of the roadblocks due to the pandemic.
