Satyamev Jayate 2 Song: ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’ which also stars Divya Khosla Kumar has already enthralled the audience. The makers of the film have released a new song ‘Tenu Lehenga’. John Abraham announced the song’s release on his Instagram, posted snippets of the song and captioned the video, “This Diwali, be a pataka on the dance floor. The film will hit the theaters on Thursday, November 25. “
In this song set against the backdrop of marriage, John is shown in a double role dancing with Divya. It is a remake of Punjabi song, composed and written by Jas Manak, which came out 2 years back. The original track has garnered 1.4 billion views on YouTube, making it one of the most loved Punjabi tracks.
The new version has been recreated by Tanishk Bagchi in collaboration with Jas Manak, as well as an appearance in the song later. Tanishq has written additional lyrics and also served as the lyricist for the song.
Directed by Milan Milap Zaveri, ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’ is the sequel to the 2018 vigilante action film ‘Satyamev Jayate’. The film is all set to release on November 25.
